Trophy Mountain Buffalo Ranch is located just north of Clearwater, in the Thompson Nicola region of British Columbia. The ranch is surrounded by beautiful Wells Gray Provincial Park, and the world famous "Helmcken Falls".

Overlooking the property is our log home Bed and Breakfast … a unique home that was built in 1926 from hand-axed square logs. It originally resided in Blue River, north of Clearwater, and in 1992 the home was taken apart log by log and brought to Clearwater.

Our accommodations also include 10 well treed campsites for both tents and motor homes. Six sites have an electric hookup for motor homes and camper vans, and water is situated throughout the campground. Each site has a picnic table along with a fire pit. We provide free fire wood so you can cook your favorite meals … or just use it for roasting your marshmallows.

Along with our Bed and Breakfast at Trophy Mountain Buffalo Ranch there is horseback riding and bison farming. Saddle up and enjoy a 2 ½ half hour scenic horseback adventure to Moul Falls. This trip takes you by a fabulous view of the Clearwater River, and then down to Moul Creek. You don't have to be an experienced rider to take our trip, and we welcome beginners and first timers. For the younger children pony rides are available. Within a 20 minute drive of Trophy Mountain Buffalo Ranch there's many things to see and do. You can go hiking, sightseeing, canoeing, fishing and whitewater rafting.

Our out door barbecue style restaurant located on the ranch, allows you to sit back as you enjoy nature, and watch the bison grazing in the fields. Our restaurant at Trophy Mountain Buffalo Ranch specializes mainly in bison meat. Our menu also offers other options, and smaller items are also available for children.

Trophy Mountain Buffalo Ranch is half way between the town of Clearwater, and the Wells Gray Park entrance, in British Columbia's Thompson Nicola.
