Location: Tchesinkut is located 16 km. (10 mi.) south of the town of Burns Lake on Hwy. #35.

Size 3382.7 ha. (8355.3 ac.) Shoal 3003.8 ha. (7419.4 ft.)
Mean Depth 61.5 m. (201.7 ft.) Max. Depth 61.5 m. (201.7 ft.)
Game Fish Rainbow Trout, Kokanee, Lake Char Fish Stocked None
Angler Usage Low Elevation 760 m. (2493 ft.)
Ice Over November to Early April T.D.S. 78 mg/L.

Resorts & Campsites: A resort can be found on the lake offering rustic cabins, tent sites, docks, boat launch, boat rentals, and a store. A BCFS campsite is located on the north side of the lake. All services and accommodations can also be found in the nearby town of Burns Lake.
